Rooms were bright and neat, the location was incredible! Satisfied with comfy beds available. Although the water pressure was poor and it was inconvenient; I enjoyed the stay here.

I had a perfect 10/10 stay for the weekend. It was unbeatably close to the town center. Moreover, it was just off shops, a pub, a Chinese restaurant, and a park for lovely walks. The host and amicable staff took care of me. The property was clean and, in general, in fine condition.

The Coal House Townhill is a hidden gem with spacious rooms and a welcoming ambiance. the fully equipped kitchen and generous bedrooms make it feel like a home away from home. the location is convenient, with a short taxi ride to restaurants in Dunfermline and a nearby superstore for any necessities. the friendly staff quickly resolve any issues, such as the lights not working. It's a perfect choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
It would be beneficial if the property could accommodate a second toilet to avoid any queues during peak times.

We got excellent value for our money at the Coal House. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and a convenience store right next door. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always available to answer our questions.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better was a wider variety of options.

Great value for money, lovely and homely accommodation. Well-equipped kitchen made our stay easy. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The host was really helpful, with excellent communication throughout our stay. Conveniently located near shops and a pub.
Limited bathroom facilities for a property that sleeps six. Occasionally experienced power outages which were promptly dealt with but could be a bit inconvenient.
